PS studio was founded in Chicago by Eric Schall and Paula Palombo in 2001.
They graduated from the schools of architecture at Princeton and the Bartlett, London, respectively. The studio’s scope of work varies in scale and is engaged practically and conceptually in the broad aspects encompassed by the field of Architecture; objects, installations, exhibitions, competitions, architectural and urban design. Each project is rooted by its brief and evolves by wide interdisciplinary inspirations and unique creations and fabrications of installations that define a unique character for each project.
Eric Schall and Paula Palombo founded Extension Gallery in 2005 and served as the gallery’s curators and directors through 2012. They participate in academic research and teaching. PS studio promotes Architecture that challenges preconceived notions and provokes the conceptual and sensual perceptions.
